Richard Acree of ADA Inspections Nationwide, LLC, attended the 2019 Public Policy Retreat hosted by the TN Disability Coalition on September 4-5, 2019 at the Inn & Conference Center at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, TN. During the retreat Richard spoke at length regarding enforcing the existing ADA laws.
This two day retreat included speakers the first night who offered their perspective on the recent passage of the Katie Beckett Law. The 2nd day agenda included meeting as follows:

10-10:15am CT: Break
10:15-11am CT: Member Policy Agendas & Issues
11am-12pm CT: 2020 Hot Policy Issues
