Automated Clearing House network (ACH) Bank-to-Bank Transfer: ACH routing is available. Please call 615-752-0060 to coordinate.
Payment Card: You can make a payment with a card by clicking on the ‘Buy Now” button below and complete the following steps:
In the PayPal system, in Price per Item enter the payment amount (please add 4% to the Total Fees for this method of payment)
click Continue
disregard login, scroll down to click on Pay with Debit or Credit Card or Checkout as Guest on a phone
verify the final fee at the top
enter your card information
at the bottom click on Pay Now.
